Aquacel ® Foam. Aquacel ® Foam Dressing is a sterile Hydrofiber ® foam dressing which consists of a waterproof outer layer of polyurethane film and a multilayer absorbent wound pad. The Association is available in various adhesive and non-adhesive versions. The adhesive versions feature a silicone adhesive border. The multi-layer wound dressing pad consists of a layer of polyurethane foam and a non-woven wound contact layer of hydro-Fiber ® - Technology (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose).
